    March 1st i messaged the conpany asking about our trash pickup as it was overflowing in the streets and animals were getting into it. As they didnt pick it up due to snow. I got back excuses. This morning i get a bill for the week they didn not render services. When i messaged them asking them to make it right. Their response is we will cancel ur service effective today. Essentially they are charging every one in this town that had service, a lid up fee and for a week of no service rendered.

    Dear BBB

    First, please update the contact for this account to be *****************, as ***************** is no longer with 
    the company.

    We understand ****************** opinion. During inclement weather, it is always difficult for us to 
    balance the safety of employees and the needs of our customers. The area in which **************** lives 
    is one of the
    steepest hills in our community. We felt that trying to maneuver a large truck in the narrow 
    streets in difficult road conditions would not be safe for our employees, our equipment, or our 
    customers.

    **************** was not charged a lid up fee (for extra trash), and all the trash and recycling was 
    picked up on the next scheduled route day, which is standard practice in our industry. All 
    materials that were set out were collected, so the service was simply delayed due to weather 
    issues.

    **************** reached out to us several times on ******** and posted on a community page as well. Mr.
    ****** stated he wanted the carts removed and service cancelled. We understand this may have been 
    done in a moment of anger, and as such we are willing to waive the reinstatement fee should he wish 
    to resume service. We work diligently with our customer ********************** representatives to ensure that each
    customer is treated with respect. We will review this incident with our reps to avoid such negative 
    interactions in the future.

    Please encourage **************** to call our office to arrange for his carts to be re-delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is a lame excuse for charging an entire community a charge for a week they DID NOT WORK. Not only was my trash not picked up. But evry single customer on Thursday and Friday of that week. It wasnt just me. So thats a copout. U am absolutely not interested in their service. I dont go to restaurants and order food and pay without leaving, i wont pay for services not rendered. Nor should anyone else be forced to do so. I did reach out numerous times. Hoping they would make it right. They did not.
