    Booked a two night stay for spring break as the website and listing on hotels.vom said this place had a hot tub, heated pool, and restaurant on site. Arrived to no front desk and doors locked. Called 3 times finally a man checked ** in. Filthy room, stained sheets and towels, clumps of hair in the shower. No restraint, no hot tub, pool has dead squirrel in it, trash around the property. We immediately told the front desk we will not stay as it is unsanitary, they agreed to refund us. 3 days later fraudulently charged our CC $200 claiming we added an additional night. We filed a police report and disputed this with our bank. Horrifying experience.

    To begin with the building was peeling paint and run down, there was garbage all over the front. We had to cancel due to a snow storm in ********. We called and received an email that we were not going to be charged from Alsi. Now 6 months later we still have not had our credit card refunded. We have called and they say they know nothing about the cancellation and that we were a no show. We called them and received an email. I am afraid they are unreliable and cheap. The service was bad and the owners don't care about the ******** community. A former employee said her employers won't hire enough staff. I most certainly would not give it one star. We have also heard the same from other travelers.

    This is in response to the review left by ********************* review is correct. I was in that party that stayed there. I actually made the reservations for 2 rooms, ****** made his reservation. The response from the manager who claims now shes the owner on various reviews are flat out lies (as in her response to other reviewers). We had the pet, ******* room did not as shes claiming. ****** did NOT get caught smoking weed in his room. Your housekeeping randomly came into the room while he was in a shower. Then there was a random charge on his credit card. He brought the owner up to the room (whom is male) to show room did not smell like weed, he apologizes & offered a refund from your bogus charge. NO customers complained about us, lol. ******* bank said their $250 charge that the manager refused to refund was fraudulent. ***, ****** called multiple times to speak with the owner which manager refused. Three of our kids left that night, did not stay into the second day. ****** or whoever you are, youre a flat out liar. Told us she was got call the cops on us, which I actually welcomed. Theres no pool, no restaurant, dirty rooms, newer owners that are as crazy as the people working there. I like how they claim they cant find peoples reservations after they make complaints. What your cards people, immediately talk with your bank if something is wrong. Who knows what theyre doing with your cards. Took 2 hours to check in, charged us a higher price than what we initially booked. Any response from this hotel, saying we caused problems, damaged something. didnt stay there, or verbally abused their staff are literally flat out lies. Unprofessional, bizarre people.

    This is the mother of the individual who complained per her own admission. She was also asked to leave for the same reason. We don't tolerate drug use, partying, damaging rooms, rudeness to guests etc. and asked their entire party to leave hence the bad reviews.

    False advertising. I made a reservation at this hotel for 1 night. Online it says bay view, continental breakfast, coffee in the rooms, cable tv etc. We get to the hotel and I was looking at a tree not the bay. We had like 9 channels, not continental breakfast cause a pipe burst in the restaurant. No coffee in my room since they were waiting on a shipment. When I reached out to hotel they said the staff did the **** they could to accommodate me and that most people come and enjoy the outdoors amenities not staying in the hotel. Sorry for having a child. Besides check in is at 4pm not much you can do outside after that.

    Good Evening, As it stands, you received your room at a heavily discounted rate. As I'm reading back notes from multiple staff members, there were more people in your room than we allow due to fire code restrictions which is why you were unhappy with an extra charge on your account. You stated at the time of check in you had 2 adults and 1 child and we discovered 5 people in the room. We do have cable as advertised. The restaraunt was closed due to an emergency water break the day prior which we informed you at check in, in order to allow you the choice to proceed with the reservation or look for accomodations elsewhere with no penalty. Coffee is provided in every room along with a mini keurig. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't 100% satisfied with your stay but it appears as though our staff went above and beyond to accommodate you.Thank you for your feedback and we wish you well.Regards,The Alsi Resort

    This indeed was not the case. I was unaware of the restaurant being down well after check in. When I made the reservation I made it for 2 adults and 3 children. One of which is only 3. I didn't see any extra charges so I'm not sure what that comment was about. I also sent a message to the hotel about not having cable and they replied with "most people are out enjoying the outdoor amenities!" ********** is so unprofessional. They lure you in and then it's to late to back out.

    I highly recommend never staying here my family arrived around 4ish Thursday afternoon. Check in time was 4 but the reservations we had made online somehow got messed up. I was charged for 1 night when I booked 2, and my parents who have a dog were told (after already waiting a good hour and a half) "sorry we only have a dog room for one night" and proceeds to tell us it's our fault and not on their end. So after walking out and all of us gathering our thoughts we went back in, and tried again. A different lady can't remember her name was nice, and kind enough to get us 2 nights for the rooms we had already originally booked. Not to mention the (Front desk Manager) was extremely rude, unpolite, and unprofessional. So we get to our rooms finally after waiting for 2 hours. It was 6 p.m at this point and we were all just tired so we all relaxed for the rest of the evening to get some energy for next days activities. I heard a person walking up and down my hall knocking on doors acting like room service saying he was room service around 9:30- 10 p.m at night. Very uncomfortable place and didn't even feel very safe. Fast forward to the next day not much was going on so we were all hanging out. Mid to late afternoon I had taken a shower. Well room services walked in while I was In the shower. Not expecting that I uncomfortably just froze and they left and slammed my room door. 3 hours later I get a $250.00 charge on my card. I go down to the lobby. And the (Front Desk Manager) who'd been rude to my family from the start for whatever reason charged me that amount for smoking in my room. I argued and said that I hadn't been and I had actually been in the shower when your room service person walked up. Then proceeded quote on quote to tell me "You and your family have been nothing but problems since we got here". Called me a liar and denied me a refund or even proof or justification that I was smoking. The treatment me and my family got was just appalling. Very very disappointing

    Hello,At the time of check in you booked a non pet room. When we discovered you had a pet we informed you of the pet fee and accomodated your party although you were verbally abusive to my staff. Day two into your reservation after complaints from my staff and other guests, we discovered you smoking marijuana in your room which is a violation of the no smoking agreement you signed and we were forced to ask you to leave and charged your card the stipulated smoking violation amount you agreed to. After you left, you proceeded to call the front desk repeatedly and harass my staff so much, we were forced to file a harassment complaint. We are quite dissapointed as well.
