I placed an order #***** on 7/20/23 to ******* Littleleaf of Eagle Canyon Flutes for a flute that I wished to have made for me and not an existing flute. This was an online purchase and I used PayPal for the transaction. I received my receipt via email from Eagle Canyon Flutes and Paypal. I wrote at least 3 emails to him because, as I understood it, this type of flute can take some time before it can be made because of factors like wood needed etc. I sent emails on the following dates: 8/17/23, 10/9/23 and 3/13/24. Not one response at all. I wrote a message on a post in his ************** recently to ask that he contact me regarding my order to let me know the expected delivery date. Nothing was answered. The phone # listed on my receipt leads nowhere: *************. Same for the phone # shown on his website www.eaglecanyonflutes.com: *************. After my emails and attempted calls and no response I decided to take action. ****** denied the case because they claim I did not report a dispute within 190 days. ******* Littleleaf had shared that he was dealing with a medical issue so I gave it some time before I asked. I just felt leery of this though because of the lack of response. Now I am left with no response, no flute and not return of the money I sent in good faith to this person. I saw people posting in FB that they love their flute so I thought possibly I would be getting it. But after almost a year, and no way to reach Mr. *********************** I feel that he has not held up to his part of this business deal in any reasonable manner and he ignored me after my attempts to reach him to learn of what was going on. I have copies of all the correspondence and my receipts from both Eagle Canyon Flutes and PayPal. I seek a refund at the very least. If they cannot respond to their customers, it just does not give me confidence that they are even working on my flute and that I am just existing on false hopes. I just want to be reimbursed with a full refund of $335.

On May 15, 2020, I purchased a commissioned flute for "Circle of Life BEAR Pacific Northwest Cedar Native American Flutes" for $600. My order number is Order No. **********. Because this was a commissioned flute, I was aware that this was going to take time for ************************ to make, but was never provided an estimated time of completion or shipment. I have attempted to reach out to them on their website and by phone multiple times through the duration of time since the transaction to attempt to get any update on the progress of my flute, or to see if I could get a refund. I even attempted to update them about my address change as I moved in the last two years. But they have made no effort to contact me back and I am out $600 without a flute. During that two years, the name of the flute store had changes as well. It used to be called the Littleleaf Flute Store and now it is called Eagle Canyon Flutes. ** my opinion, I feel scammed. I was really looking forward to this custom flute as ******* appears to create beautiful pieces of work. I am just afraid that there isn't anything that can be done because the store has changed its name since I first purchased it, including their phone number. All I want is the flute that I purchased, or even an equivalent for the dollar amount that I paid for. I would rather not get a refund because the card I used ending in **** is no longer active.
