    If the website and your door sign say you close at 6pm, the store should stay open until 6pm. They close early and are very rude to people. They refused to take your package even though you got there before closing time. I dont know if the owner works there but if he/she doesnt he/she should review the employees and if he/she does then why buy a business if you dont want to help your customers?

    That is not my problem. End of the day procedure should start at 6pm. If it starts before that, then the store should post they close at 5:30pm or 5:50 whatever time the procedure starts. A store has to help their customers until stated closing time.
