Today on the 17th of May 2025, my ****** was charged 39 euros (about 45 USD). I cancelled my subscription through the website and also cancelled my payments on ****** and politely asked for a refund. I was sent an email back being told they WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. This is completely unacceptable and a scam. You CANNOT just take peoples money and refuse to give it back for a service they are NOT going to use! I am escalating this here because this is unacceptable and I need my money back. I am going through a family crisis at the moment and did not have the mental capacity to cancel in time, this is unfair and unjust. Please just give my money back. I have opened a case with ****** as well because one way or another I WILL get my money back. Please do the right thing.Initial Complaint

They offered me a free 3 day trial for their services and then immediately charged me. They at first acted like they couldnt find my order information, and after giving screenshots they only offered a credit. When I said I wanted a refund, because they fraudulently advertised and charged me for a subscription, they then claimed they cant give refund because only ***** processes them. However, they do not have this information posted anywhere on the app or support website. They are tricking people into giving them money for services they have not decided they wanted yet. I had to report the issue to ***** and now Im not sure if I will get my money back. I dont even care if I have access to the appI just want my refund.Initial Complaint

Nebula LLC has fraudulently charged my credit card for the service that I never signed up for. There is no email or text message from them. Upon contacting they say they have an email which is not mine. Even the *** is wrong. They just got my phone number and name and charged my card. I clicked on this business on ** and agreed to pay $1 for a service and they charged me $1 AND $19.99. This was a FB AD and they are scam artists.Initial Complaint

I ordered a report from this company, but I did not sign up for any subscription. I cancelled the app service that I did sign up for before being charged because that is what I knowingly signed up for. They remove everything from their website so there's no information showing me when I even signed up for the subscription that they're telling me I signed up for.Initial Complaint

They take credit card info for a $1 charge for 7 day trial. I did that and cancelled the trial the same day. I was then charged $14.95 the SAME DAY, followed by $49.95 for a monthly subscription TWICE in the same month subscriptions I never signed up for! I disputed with my credit card but so many people dispute subscriptions they forgot to cancel Im sure they think this is just another one of those cases. It is not.
