took 3 outdoor light fixtures to the *** in *********, **. on Feb. 20 to mail back to Bed, ****, and Beyond. They were able to print the label for one unit, but couldn't print the other two. I asked if they could keep the lights at the store and I would resolve the issue from home, then e-mail them labels, which I did. I asked them to send me a confirmation by e-mail that they had been sent. I didn't hear anything. I was sick, and it took 2 weeks to go back to the store to see what had happened. The emails with the labels were in the computer, they had received them. I was told by an employee named **** or Zen. However the light fixtures were not there. *** or Zen said the person responsible (who had told me they would put the items in the back and then label them once they had the labels) would be coming in soon. I went home. Several hours later I received a phone call stating "I've already spoken to my manger and due to the circumstances of this event we are unable to take ownership of this mistake that was made. The best course of action would be to contact the original center of the item and request the original tracking from what it was sent to you. A return lave or 777(?). Have a good day." Luckily, I missed the phone call, so I have the message on my phone still. I called back and asked the same person who had left the phone message to have the store manager call me that day (3/13) or the following day. She didn't call. The lights were $115.89 each, so now I am out $231.75. However, I do intend to contact *** at Corporate and not let this go. The employee at the store took possession of the light fixtures. He agreed to print and put the labels on the boxes, and now he is saying that is not the stores problem?? Even though he admits the store made a mistake. This is unacceptable. I want to be reimbursed for my items. I want an apology for this situation. Additionally, I am over 65, so this is considered elder abuse.

Customer abandoned packages for 2 months with no contact information, then came back to demand them back.  We do not store packages for customers in the **********************.  Packages were returned to sender.

    Dear *******,

I dont understand why this case has been closed. I provided evidence that showed the store mishandled
my  products to be returned. I showed all of the e-mails with labels that were sent to them. The owner lied- FLAT OUT LIED about what happened. I came 2 weeks later after being sick. The customer service **** looked in the computer and said the e-mails with the labels were there. I have someone who was with me who can attest to this. The store I bought them from sent an e-mail saying they didnt receive them.

I want to be refunded. I shouldnt have to loose $231.  dollars because of their incompetence.

    This is SOOO wrong!!

I have evidence that I was there at the store asking about my packages . I sent some packages out through that same store before I learned that they had lost my packages. I have the receipt for those packages on March 3rd. The original packages were dropped off on February **************************************************** my computer, dated February 20.

Do you have access to the previous information I sent to you or do I need to send it all again. There should be a photo of an email from Bed Bath and Beyond where I purchased the outside lamps. They stated that they received only one of the package packages, that the other two labels were not used. I also sent you photos of the other two labels. Both of the emails are dated on February 20 and they are the emails that I sent to *** which is clearly visible in the photos.

All you have to do is ask *** to look at my mailing address on their computer and it will tell you what I have shipped out from there in the past, unless they have deleted it. But I still have the phone message where they say they made a mistake, and the owner wont be responsible for it.
I assure you she has way more money than I do, as I am disabled, a widow, and a senior citizen.

Thank you for reopening the case.
