      I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. ********************** **********************s office due to administrative errors. Although Dr. ********************** provided good medical advice, his office manager in December 2021 failed to file insurance claims correctly, resulting in unpaid bills. Despite trying to resolve this with my insurance in 2022, I was informed that due to the delay, the insurance company could not pay I was not responsible for the bill and ****************** clerical problems. Even his staff in 2022 told me that the clerk in charge was fired due to her inefficiencies and that they agreed with me that this situation was due to their office negligence.After several years, my account was sent to a collection agency (********************) on 4/18/2024. The new office manager, ********, rudely claimed she had sent me statements that went unanswered, despite my previous efforts to resolve the issue in ********* with ***** and ***** who do not work there any longer. ******** refused to offer any adjustments, even though the error originated with the offices handling of insurance claims. She lied about giving her statements dates and my record to ARG. ******, the *** employee, said she did not have any records. I did not want to hurt my credit score, so I paid what was due.I caution others about seeking services at ********************************** due to the administrative issues, I suggest you go to ********** in ******** and avoid ************************************ I tried one other specialist in ******* after Dr. ********************** and then ********** in 2023. This clinic reversed the pain I endured from Dr. ******* and another night-guard I got from the second ****** in *******. I will not remove my review unless an adjustment is made to what I have already paid to the collection agency.
