    I asked the business to repair and install a new in ground sprinkler system, as well as provide a wifi controller for the system. I paid 50% down and 50% upon completion. When the weather warmed up I tried to use the system but it would not work. When the company finally responded to my texts and came to look at the system, he found that he had forgotten to open the water valve allowing water to enter the system. When he did so, a massive leak happened by the solenoids that control which station opens/closes rendering the system inoperable. He said he would fix it several times, but he never has; there's always some excuse.In the meantime, I also gave him a down payment to remove my old lawn and replace it with dirt and new sod. He never started that job and had there was always some excuse.After expressing my complete dissatisfaction with him via email, he again stated he would fix the system and reimburse my down payment on the sod. That offer came twice and I agreed twice.He never came to fix the system and he never reimbursed me the down payment. I'm out about $1200 on a nonworking irrigation system and about $1200 on a down payment for a job that was never done. I have texts and emails of conversations which I will provide if needed.
