    I am submitting a complaint on behalf of my disabled 3-year-old son, **************************, against ************** Montessori School, a subsidiary of Montessori Unlimited and the ******************** a preschool in *********, ******. I believe their actions toward my son have violated the American Disabilities Act. My claim is that the administrators at the school de facto kicked my son out of school after finding out that he is Autistic. This was after **** had previously attended ************** Montessori School for one year peacefully and without incident. After a natural break for summer, registering **** for classes in Fall of 2024, and paying a security deposit for his spot, the administrators did not assign my child a classroom via a "clerical error." The administrators of Cascade ********** ************* and ************************************** then created a slow and administratively impossible set of hoops required for our family to jump through in order for him to attend his previous school. They predicated ***** return to school on a slow and arduous inclusion team review that, I believe, was meant to act as a deterrent to keep kids perceived as higher maintenance from attending the school. This deterrent process was applied to him despite the fact he previously attended ************** for one year without a single behavioral incident and with zero to minimal accommodations. After months of ignoring my emails and failing to review paperwork about his disability that I promptly provided, they finally said he could attend BUT: not until Fall 2024 (one year delay), not without the attendance of a therapist with him (never required prior), and they deprioritized him last on waitlist as a "new enrollee" not a "previous student" as he should have been. They still hold on to my security deposit and supply fee they took from me over 1 year ago ($260). I believe they are violating the **** They took my money without delivery of services. They are incompetent
