If I could give them a zero star I would. When I purchased my items, there was NO option for me to purchase shipping insurance, the website just auto moved me the check-out where with one option for shipping (free). I got emailed that my items would come in two separate packages. 1st package arrived in a thin plastic bubblewrap package, & the vanilla paste was wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap. The vanilla paste's seal was broken & leaked inside the package. I sent a picture over to Heilala requesting replacement, especially since the packaging should've been in a cardboard box as item was in a plastic food container. Heilala responded saying they do not issue replacements/refunds on damaged ********* should've purchased shipping insurance. They even suggested that the food item was ok to consume. I went back to the website & re-walked through the checkout process & there was no shipping insurance option to check. I even provided screenshots of the checkout & shipping options. I also told them it was also unsafe to consume the vanilla paste as all sorts of bacteria could have entered the product during shipping. I stated they should have packed the liquid food product in a cardboard box. They still refused to issue a replacement. Note, I was still was waiting on the 2nd package, so I emailed the carrier who told me that they attempted to deliver but couldn't enter the gate & asked me for further instructions on how to get in. I emailed back saying they should call me at my cell #, as I work from home, and rarely ever leave my property due to disability. They emailed back that they will return to sender w/o attempting a 2nd delivery & never responded when I asked why. I messaged ***************************** gave the the same statement that Heilala is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items. The 2nd package was neither of these things, it was returned to sender so Heilala would get the product back. I notified my credit card to dispute charges. WORST COMPANY EVER.
