      On October 11, 2023 I paid Willamina Auto $2368.51 to fix some issues on my car. They claimed that it was only going to take a few days and it ended up taking weeks and I ended up getting back a broken car. After weeks and finally getting my car back, I had to take it to ****** and they quoted me about a $10,000 fix for the damage he had done. At that point, my car was worth not nearly that so I ended up having to sell it for $150 for essentially scrap. Before he worked on my car, she was working just fine and had no real problems. He took no accountability for what he had done and actually tried to blame me, even though my car had been in the shop the entire time. My mom and I tried to get a hold of him, but he would not answer our calls.

      Dates of these transactions go back to December 2023.This business over charged me more than once for 1 transaction. I paid him $2773.52 (total of bill) yet, he is still taking money out of my account. He has taken amost $3,000.00 more from me and over **** my account while I was in the hospital. He told me that he does not keep card numbers but he had to in order to get multiple transactions off it until I closed that card out. I disputed it with the bank and they did their investigation and closed the claim out. Now the guy is disputing the closed file with the bank so the bank turned around and wiped out my account to give him the money AGAIN even though I have proof that he was paid for work done on my van.I am unable to upload documents because it says the files are to big, don't know how to downsize them.

      ************************* Owner. The complaint is coming from a ***************************** and the man is lying. There was an overcharge yes however was due to the customer using a stolen gift card and a debit card that failed due to insufficient funds. The over charge was returned i for the amounts overcharged. 1 $1000 charge and 1 $300. The card system we sues initiates a hold if there are any complications in billing an like in this case the card was ran by our point of sale system and the charge went through, however the customer had made other arrangements and paid the bill with a different set of cards. The major problem with this for Me and as the owner and the person he ripped off is that he was refunded immediately and after receiving his refund he then disputed the entire invoice and has done so 4 times. He admitted on cameras that he had received the proper refund already and became very violent and while on the same and tried to start a fight yelling what are you going to do beat up and old man. I the owner was the person that notified ***************************** and I was the one who handled  the refund and see to it that he got his just fair amount to money back. The customer was very vulger and threatening. The customer then lied and tried to say that he was owed the entire purchase back that he knew noting of the invoke or the work HE HAS BEEN PAID OVER $5000 IN REFUDNS ON  A  $2700 TRANSACTION. The man has filed the exact same dispute so many times that it is stuck in a perpetual loop. Square point of sale has refunded the man 6 times for $1000  and I believe 6 time the $300 claims are lies and he is trying to collect  even yet again though he has already admitted that he was in fact had already been credited. This was a simple invoice that was overcharged because o the customers actions and legally and modally owes the shop for the repair and refuses to be honest about . I would ask that the parts be returned, the labor paid full twice the original amount because he has received 3 times the refund with lies. HERE ARE COPIES OF THE INVOICE AND REFUNDS.

      I am *************************. You  have not heard back from the consumer because as i stated the claim is false a lie. That said if I see this listed anywhere publicly I will *** you for laibous statements and defamatory statements made publicly take this c*** off and leave me and my business out of your scam **** off site.
