    I purchased doors through Discount Window and Doors in June of 2024 with an expected delivery of 2-3 weeks per invoice. Doors did not arrive until September of 2024 and MOST not all, but most were built incorrectly causing doors to have to be mounted out of square in order for doors to latch. Also, my front French entry doors arrived incomplete, with literal holes in the doors (I can see daylight through them). Half of this front entry door didn't show up do to damage so they gave me a dunnage door as temporary. The missing panel to the front entry door finally showed up, but was built incorrectly so they say they are getting me another door built. It has now almost been 5 months and my doors are still incorrect, and my order has not fully been satisfied, even though I paid 100% up front in June. Orepac offered a credit for the incorrectly built interior doors, which I agreed to as I dont want to damage my new house trying to replace doors. I have still not received confirmation of said credit, and my POC, **** (from Orepac) has apparently disconnected his phone line, or blocked my number as I cannot get ahold of him. The exterior doors also showed up without weatherstripping or door sweeps. I currently have 1/2" gaps under my exterior doors, a gentleman showed up to fix this but never finished. This was weeks ago.Orepac has offered to replace front entry doors, but now we are weeks without communication and still don't have a date of expected completion.

    Customer contacted by sales and service team.  Special order doors with extended lead times had been re-ordered, assembled, and now sent to customer 11/25/24.  Service team sent to location on 11/25/24 to replace and install said door(s).
