      Hello. I purchased a custom gaming PC from this company. It arrived dented. Immediately called the company and took pictures for them. I was told that it was cosmetic damage and that the exchange process would actually cost me More money. I took them at their word and kept the *** In March, 10 months into the warranty, the computer began making a grinding sound. I again took pictures and contacted them. I was told that that would research the issue and contact me. They did not. My son is now home from school and his gaming computer Is grinding. He cannot use it. We asked for a replacement in March. We were Told theyd either replace or send a shipment of packaging for us to return the machine for repair. I am filing this complaint before taking the company to court for blatant misrepresentation and breach of warranty.       My apologies in the late response to this complaint.   Mr. ********* frustration is understandable.

      Our customer service team has been going through a transition this year and unfortunately some data has been lost - including emails and responses previously exchanged with ***** *******.

      The way he describes the responses by GreatPriceTech/NewDream is not in line with our policies and certainly should have been handled differently at the time.  We certainly should have worked with him to repair his PC during his previous communication during his 1-year warranty.

      And so, we are opening his case to address the issues they are having with their PC even though we are past the warranty date.  ************** has copies of the emails exchanged previously we would be interested to see them.   

      Our current customer service team is well aware of the complaint and are reaching out to him to assess the issue and figure out a remedy.

      We have tried to reach Mr. ******* but have not received a response.

      We have both emailed him and phoned and left voicemail at the provided contact  (see attached)

      We recognize there is an issue with his computer and have offered to affect repairs despite the expiration of his warranty. 

      But we have not gotten a response.

      At this point we will stop responding to BBB claims on this matter and await to hear from him directly so that we can help resolve this issue for him.
