DryMedic is unreliable and untrustworthy. They took over STOP Restoration, doubled the quoted price, and delivered poor quality work. The project took 12 months instead of 3, with multiple project manager changes and team turnovers. The quality of work was subpar, requiring numerous reworks, and communication was poor. Customer ********************** was atrocious, with ******** being particularly rude.DryMedic's insurance work was terrible, causing our adjuster to escalate the issue. They became hostile when we documented their destruction. Despite insurance reimbursements, DryMedic would quickly find new charges to negate them. Their remodeling work was so poor that we don't use the shower they remodeled. The grout cracked, tiles sank, sink leaked, and other issues persisted.Additionally, DryMedic's poor financial management led to a lien against our property due to unpaid supplier bills. They tried to blame us but quickly backtracked when we showed proof of payment. We recommend avoiding DryMedic at all costs.

When you hire a company to come into your home during a time that is already stressful and unexpected you hope to hire a reputable company. We have experienced the worst customer ********************** I have ever encountered in my life. ****** learned document and pictures we have both. We filed an insurance claim in Nov '23 due to a water leak in our bathroom. We hired Stop Restoration AKA Dry Medic to assist with mitigation and rebuild. From the beginning it was not a great experience. The crew ruined things as they mitigated our living space. They damaged a countertop, flooring and the front door. Their repairs were unprofessional. We bought supplies to have them fix the areas damaged because they asked us to purchase them or they couldnt be fixed and we had another contract fix it and theyd reimburse for the supplies. I had several conversations with 2 managers and the vice president all verbally said we well send a check, its in the mail, we will come to your house and drop it off. Well, its been months, and I still havent been reimbursed. They claim they didnt get paid by the insurance and I have proof from the insurance they were paid. They tried to pull that same thing on me personally saying I didnt pay my deductible. Yes, I had proofed the money came out of my account and went to their company. Their accounting is all messed up and they cant locate payments due to their merger, but they are punishing the customer. I will never allow them back into my home if I have another incident where I need mitigation and repair work.Further, I live in the country, and they used my yard as their garbage. I've found food in my yard several times; chicken breast, rice, sausage and a chocolate wrapper left by the crew. My dog is allergic to chicken. I was livid that someone would throw their left-overs in my yard for animals without asking. I'd rate a ZERO but that wasn't an option. They owe me money!
