    Thank you for the opportunity to provide the facts and what we have discussed with **************************

    Every one of his accusations are false or lies, which you will see in the facts below.

    ****** placed an order with Discount Tackle on 9/27/22 at 209pm and chose "economy shipping 3-7 Days".  His order #******DISC was packed and shipped with **** Tracking Number 9400109898642544035535 on 9/28/22.  Shipping day 1 was 9/29/22, and the 7th day (business days as this is how carriers count them) would be 10/7/22.  **************** was told that if his order did not arrive by 10/7/22, his $13.15 would be refunded in full.  ******************** claim about a "fake tracking number" can be easily identified as a lie by logging into ****.com and tracking the package or communicating directly with the **** to verify the valid tracking. **************** provided a screenshot of the **** website.....which also proves the validity of the tracking.


    Additionally, no one from our company has attempted to contact **************** via telephone, partially because of his aggressive, vulgar nature in writing. We'll happily provide any phone records requested to prove this point.  We are located in ******; our 800 number comes up on all caller ID when we make outgoing calls.  I have attached all communication with this man, and I think you'll agree no one from our company has been rude.  The only offensive comments in this string of communication come from ***************** 

     

    As we explained to the customer, if tracking does not show the package delivered by today, 10/7/22, we will refund the order in full. 

     

    Thank you for your time, and our apologies for the situation as it is not at all what this customer has claimed.
