    July 2022 We Hired ******* Torres from Torres Landscaping &Construction to place grass for back yard and a cement slap for a patio area. Our main Complaint is the grass, the grass that ******* placed in the back yard. When ******* placed the grass in the yard we have noticed there where lots of space in between the grass that he placed in the yard and also BROWN DRY SPOTS. When calling ******* about the problem he told us that he promised that when we water the grass the next day ALL the brown patches will go away and the space between all the patches of grass will fill in. HE said I promise you that it will be different in the morning..Days, and weeks went by and we have been watering the 2x a day, hoping that the grass will look better . We paid him $3700 for the back yard. on Aug 23, 2022 i called ******* and explained to him that our grass is still brown with patches and im not happy with it , He asked if we was watering it , and i had explain to him YES ! He then told me that he will come on Aug 24 in late afternoon to take a look at it. on Aug 24 553 pm i texted him and said we are home. We waited and he didn't call or SHOW. i have attached pictures of the grass along with receipts and his business card. All I want is ******* is fix the grass or REFUND $2600 us the money we spent on the grass. We bought this home recently and he and his company were going around the area and handing out his cards. When we asked ******* what type of grass that he used he could not tell us. Also when calling him the 1st time about the brown patches he said it was because we didnt buy a sprinkler system from him.( didnt make senses)
