  Left voicemail in September and October asking them to return my call. They never did. So, I called ****** Wheeler, the owner, who gave me her number and told me to call if I ever had any problems. I told her that I was sorry I had to call her personal number but I had been leaving voicemails at her business and no one was calling me back. She said she only works at home but would call the office. She never called back, the next day I called Wheeler Bookkeeping. ****** Wheeler answered. I have never talked to him before and had only corresponded with him in emails. He became immediately belligerent with me. He said he told me before to never call his mother (which is a lie) and that he told me before to make an appointment. That is partially true from an email, but I replied that I lived too far away, and besides, they did my dad's 2022 taxes and I never had to have a meeting, why would I need to now? And if it was that important he could of told me and we could of done DocuSign or video chat if it was required. He then said he was done playing games and was not going to do my dad's taxes. I was surprised and upset. I asked him if he knew who I was, I legitimately thought he must have me confused with someone else. I asked him if he knew he was talking to xxxx, the son of xxxx, he said yes he knew who I was and hung up on me. My dad's taxes have not been done and it's already past extension time, no warning at all from ****** Wheeler or the Bookkeeping service. He called my sister saying he didn't know my address and sent her all the paperwork I had sent in. Another lie, they sent me the 2022 tax returns, plus my address was in the emails. I am the legal, sole representative of my fathers estate, this is considered a breech of confidentiality. I will file a formal complaint with the *** about unprofessional behavior and not doing my dad's taxes as promised, starting with IRS Form ***** and also file complaints with the state licensing and/or regulatory boards.
