    On 2/25/2023, I hired Blue Bonsai Printing (*************************) to provide design and printing services for a complete suite of wedding stationary: save the dates, invitations, programs, etc. I paid the full amount due for all services, $1,352.98, on this date. On 4/6/2023, ***** delivered design samples for the save the dates. After some adjustments, the design went to print. I picked up this product directly from ***** on 5/10/2023.At the time of collecting this product, I asked ***** to begin work on the invitations immediately. She stated that she would have a draft design by the end of April. This conversation was verbal. I received no communication from ***** via email or phone from the date of pickup through the month of April. I requested an update via email on 6/5/2023. Receiving no response, I emailed again on 6/9/2023 and 6/14/2023. On 6/16/2023, ***** responded to my emails, stating that she had a medical emergency that prevented her from completing the design on schedule. She stated that she would send me a design by Wednesday of the following week (6/21/2023). This was the final communication I received from *****. I requested an update via email on 6/18/2023, 6/30/2023, 7/8/2023 and 7/17/2023. After 90 days had passed since ****** last communication, I requested a refund of $940.83 for the remaining products in the order on 9/19/2023. According to ****** contract, a failure to communicate for a period of 90 days or more was grounds to cancel the order for a full refund of undelivered products.Receiving no response, I again requested a refund on 10/4/2023, 10/12/2023, and 10/26/2023. I received no response. On 11/20/2023, I informed ***** that I would be filing a claim in small claims court if I did not receive a refund in the next 30 days.On 1/9/2024, I filed a transaction dispute with my bank in an attempt to receive a refund.As of today, 1/11/2024, I have received no communication from ***** in response to my refund request.

    My apologies for missing the 7-day window to respond to the business owners message.

    I wanted to follow up to report that the business has in fact failed to process a refund, despite their statement that they have done so. I have received no communication from the business owner outside of the BBB messaging system. If they are in the process of initiating the refund, I would like to request that they send proof of this transaction.

    My bank has covered the refund amount owed by the business.They are still currently working to get in contact with the business. As of today, they have received no response.
