    I ordered a pair of sunglasses In store because they werent in stock (3/31). They sent me a receipt for my purchase and said I would receive a tracking number once theyre shipped. Never received the tracking number. Called customer service and they sent me the tracking number (4/5) and it said they were delivered to my house. I called customer service again and they said I would have to go to the store where I made the purchase for any issues. I called the store that I purchased the glasses from and spoke to the manager. The manager said she would try and resolve something once Monday comes around, Never received a call. Called back on Tuesday and the employees there said they would leave the manager a message to give me call once she comes back in. No call received. My wife went into the store Saturday (4/20) and the employees said the manager was not there. No glasses received

    I'm the manager here at sunglass hut store in ********. ***** Did order from our location? Unfortunately reached out a couple of time to let us know He did not receive a tracking number or order. We called back and gave him the tracking number. I did call help desk to track the package they told us 3 to 4 busses day due to it being order on a Sunday. I issued the refund today on 5/17/2024 Also offered a discount on his next purchase which he refused.
