    6/19/24 ***************** for dripping hot water faucet in shower. Company dispatched technician on 6/20/24. Temporary fix with technician indicating the valve will likely leak again after first use. 6/24/24 ***************** as same hot water valve leaking/running. Company told me they werent taking new requests as technician was busy. I *** this not new req, that temp repair 4 days earlier didnt hold. I was scheduled for 7/2/24.7/2/24 Technician **mes, turns off house water, takes out valve assembly to go find a replacement. Technician gone for over 2 hrs, left us without any water at all. Original part put back in with new washers. It is so hard to turn- I need two hands to turn it on or off. Technician said warranty ** will have to order parts.Mid-July: called Oregon Environmental Svs as they never called me at all. Office mgr told me warranty ** ordered wrong part and technician had to order the right one. Said technician will call once have part. I never heard from them again 8/2/24 faucet still leaking, water bill has gone up. I log into warranty ** and see that Or Environ Svs CLOSED THE CLAIM, SAYING IT WAS RESOLVED!! I have never gotten a call from them at all. I paid my service fee for/to them of $125.00 and they did not repair my leaking faucet.*Poor customer service, left us w/o water, total lack of **mmunication to me (as well as warranty **), lied to me, lied to warranty **, tells you what they think you want to hear, paid them $125.00 for repair that never happened*
