      Do not go to Abington Hospital Lansdale. This place is a horrible place. My niece is in there now. She is having a terrible experience. From the ER, ICU, and Step down units. The nurses are lazy, nasty, and lack compassion. The triage person in the ER told her that it was nothing wrong with her breathing! And then laughed at her. We called patient relations, patient advocacy, the hospital nurse supervisor Wendy and she gave no assistance and she is nasty as well. If my niece had the strength we would take her to Penn Medicine. They lack compassion. The nurses tell her the reason why she has been abandoned is due to low staffing. I know this is an issue in many facilities however, the patient should never be told that's the reason for poor care. I would not take my pet goldfish there. They better hope that nothing happens to her or this will end up not good for the hospital. Abington Hospital Lansdale has fell off and they no longer care about patient care. It is a joke there. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had an issue with the billing dept. Which may not be on site. I was paying a bill and since I didnt pay it with 6months they sent to a 3rd billing company called care payments. They told me if I didnt setup a payment play it was mandatory to send it away.... so care payment claimed they sent me a bill but I kept refusing there mail(which was a lie). So they tried to hit me with a late fee. This company can not send email receipts, only mail but they say I keep refusing there mail. So I call landsdale hosp and said get the bill back and I'll pay it... the supervisor refused it said I'll send it to collections if they get it back... so now I paid a bill and cannot get a receipt...
