    I would like people to be aware they use bait and swtich tactics when you call about SAT prep information. I was told SAT tutoring could be customized and the hourly rate was $91 an hour. You must do testing first which is $195 and then meet with someone to go over testing and they make recommendations. After the meeting to my surprise, I was told the tutoring is not customizable and the least expensive option would be $1820 (20 hrs of tutoring for only one subject). I would have never moved forward with the testing if I knew this was the case during the initial information call. During the initial call they should have said our SAT packages start at about $1800 and can go up to $4000 plus. I asked for a refund of my $195 because I was misled. The person we were speaking with (who I later learned was the owner and director of the center) was disrespectful and belligerent when I asked for a refund. I hung up from the call as I was extremely upset from how I badly I was treated (especially because it was in front of my child). I emailed the center to explain situation to try and get it resolved. I received another phone call from the director and was treated in the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced. He acted like a petulant child. Just a few highlights include I was told I need to see someone (I guess implying I need a psychiatrist), my familys financial situation was brought into question, I was told to "go pound sand" and hung up on.

    The *** is rude and very disrespectful when he feels attacked by paying customers asking question. He argues with paying customers and tells parents that they ruining their children's life by being involved He bills and adds ppl on the email but when you respond back you should come to him privately not question the email on the email sent . He's a mess please be ware I spoke with other parents who stated they don't give you prices and when you ask he feels offended Please be ware they wanna charge you and not explain and curse you out for asking
