  I have hired many contractors over the past 30 years and of them all, Reliable General Contractor has been the best.*** quoted me a fair ************************ kept me up-to-date on a start date, and the crew arrived on time and ready to work.The crew was polite, answering all my questions, and provided superior workmanship. They actually finished ahead of schedule, and I could not be happier with the finished project. They did the work correctly, taking no shortcuts -- I know because I checked TimberTech's installation instructions and the crew followed them exactly.Don checked in with me on the project during the install, and he even stopped over to make sure I was satisfied with the work after I had made the final payment. I questioned one small imperfection in a board and he had the crew return to replace it. Now that's customer service!In short, ********************** provides fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service.

  Had the guys out to install a operable pergola in my backyard. The crew was courteous and professional, instalation of the unit only took two days much faster than I had anticipated. The rain had unfortunately exposed a leak in my gutter, fortunately they cam out to fix it the next day and I have had no problem since. Would recommend.

  Reliable General Contractor LLC is nothing but UNReliable! The owners boast they will honor the work but do not stand by the agreements they sign off on. The guaranties are just worthless, when calls are placed for assistance, never answered. Repeated requests for follow *** still go un answered after a year. We contacted Reliable General Contractors after we see they are still using our house pictures on their web site as advertisement and made it clear they were to STOP using our pictures. Outright reluctance to honor a customers request is definitely NOT ***************** The excuses they used (bad workers, lost product, never ordered product) should not be a factor of when and how the work is done that would be an internal company problem not for the customer to help resolve. The company did become rude once they have your money and when demanding payment. The outright aggressiveness in collecting payment when work was not finished is a major concern. Taking payments and not finishing the work seem to boarder on not so legal business practices. So, be aware of this company, work is not up to proper building code, safety concerns will not be addressed and your requests will never be answered.

  Extremely dissatisfied, unreliable, unprofessional, hostile, not returning calls or emails. Do Not do business with ********************* at Reliable General Contractor in ****, **!!!!!! I had to pick one star for the rating to go through otherwise I would have left no star!
