    When I reached out I explicitly told the owner and his secretary that I had a few VERY expensive items including a TV that cost over $3500 and they ensured me that it would be moved safely and God forbid if something happened, they would replace it under their insurance. They sent the wrong size truck. It was way too small. Once I was unpacking everything at my new house, I noticed A LOT or damaged items. End tables with scuffs, the coffee table had a massive chunk taken out of it, tons of hardware went missing from taking apart desks and exercise equipment, and lastly, the most painful, my $3500 TV that was less than a year old was completely destroyed. The screen had clearly been banged off of something and it wasnt made aware to me until it was too late. So, I calmly reached out to the owner on that Sunday afternoon and politely explained to him what happened. There were kids screaming and yelling in the background so I told him that if it was more convenient for him to return my call later or tomorrow, that it would be fine as long as we could resolve the issue. At that point, he agreed and we hung up. That next day, I received no call during the day. I then reached out in the evening and the owner got extremely smart with me and told me, and I quote my phone is running out of minutes, dont call me again and then told me he sold the business. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. I then reached out to the secretary immediately and apparently caught him off guard because he explained that NO, they DEFINITELY didnt sell the company and hes not sure where I got that information from. Fast forward a few days and I was ensured by the secretary that their insurance company would be in touch. Not only has my insurance company gone after them but *** made several calls that have either been ignored or given empty promises.
