Had appt in January 23, 2023 to have repair done due to accident. Vehicle sat untouched or looked at for ten days. The vehicle was drivable and we specifically told them we did not want to bring until they were going to start. Multiple calls made for over two weeks with only one return call after two weeks . Told us it would be while until it was done but would not tell us any idea. Also argued with us on insurance adjusters report that states certain things are to be fixed and they say they were not. We are stuck with a business that is not performing and will not give us any straight answers. The vehicle is a 2012 ***** *******. We need help dealing with this business. They also asked us if they found cheaper ways to fix certain things and that the insurance company wouldnt need to know about it. Very shoddy. We would greatly appreciate your help on this matter. Thanks in advance.

    Business Response

    *****************,
I am sending you an update to the BBB complaint that my business received regarding the vehicle belonging to ***********************************.
The customer's parts that were needed to complete and finish the collision job on ***********************************"s vehicle came in to our shop facility this week.
To reiterate what was previously stated in my reply to the BBB complaint, we were absolutely at the mercy of the automotive parts supply industry providing us with what we needed as well as sending us the parts that we needed to complete the job.
We were able to wrap up the job and complete it yesterday, February 21st, 2023.
Immediately after the job's completion, *********************************** was notified of it's completion and availability to be picked up.
The vehicle has been picked up by it's owner, ***********************************, last evening. He is the the direct complainant to the BBB.
**. *************; signed a document when he picked up his vehicle that he was satisfied with the work that was completed on his vehicle.
The insurance representative that was in charge of overseeing *************************************** collision repair is aware that the vehicle has been returned to the customer.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do believe the coordination of the drop off and start date could have done in a more efficient way but the work has been completed and the quality of work is satisfactory and acceptable.

    Regards,
