      On January ******* I place a order for a military hat from ProudUSVeterans online for $38.89, this was for hat, rank and branch plus tax and shipping. They stated they had a fire, so it would be late in completing the order, I sai ok, still nothing on shipping it out, Then February 22 2025 they said they ship it. I for to *********** and now you can' get anythingm now it a malious site. So I called and left a message today, I wanted my hat or the refund. No call back, I also sent an email or ** tried to send it ,not sure if it got through. I did find where it shipped frm *****, I was surprised atr that, I thought it was an **************** in ********* PA.. I only want my refund on my Ctrdit card for this. Thank you for your help, if you can help. ****** ******

      I purchased a personlized watch fort my Marine. My watch is supposed to have been delivered to me no later than February 7, 2025. I emailed them twice to check on the status of my order. They responded that they make everything to order. Now the watch is due to me by Friday the 7th of February and today is Monday the 3rd. I received an email from them that they had a fire happen to there machines and my order will be delayed, but with no eta. This is unexpected. This is a gift that I need before Monday.
