    I was with BVR: Beaver Valley Realty (Aliquippa) to manage renting my property while I was stationed out of state with the military.They consistently failed to pass on the rental income in a timely manner, and frequently failed to send the monthly ************* some point in the spring 2022 I realized they were paying the electric bill late every month which caused additional fees from the water ********** this point I sent a registered letter informing *** that I would no longer retain their services. After receiving the letter they continued to act as my realtor and collected rent from my current tenant. This rent and the tenants security deposit plus cash on hand for emergencies were stolen by ****I proceeded to sue *** to force them to give the money they stole and/or mismanaged ******* Beaver County, PA Docket MJ-***** case filed 3/28/2023 Beaver Valley Realty was proven at fault and a judgement was issued for them to pay me $3344.16.They refused to pay the judgment and now I have to chase after *** with the Constable to retrieve assets of *** to meet the financial burden they owe me for stealing from **** recommend staying away from ***, there is no honor in this firm!
