    Terrible, greedy property management company. I was told to be out by the 30th, but my lease doesnt expire until 7/6. I have to pay for the days that they are working on re-renting it, not even living there. To top that off, I was also told that I had to pay double the pro-rated rent days that Im not out of there, an extra $135/daily. And thats plus the other $400 for the pro-rated month of July, 6 days. Why do I have to be responsible for all of these charges? Im not living there anymore. And the best part-I was told by a ******* at the office that if I dont pay them the money I will be causing undue harm to them. *****. Has anyone seen how many properties the Woodmont company owns? I really doubt that my measly $400, plus $135 daily until everything is out of the apartment, would be causing this multi-million company undue harm. Im the one receiving the undue harm. It appears that Woodmont must do this quite often, making money from the little guy, to make their millions. I told them that I would be contacting TV news and Yelp, and possibly the sheriff over this situation. Please help this little guy make some noise.
