    On April 2, 2024 I had Mr Appliance of Allentown come to my home to fix my Maytag Dryer. They showed up for a fee of $139.00 and if I would hire them they would waiver the fee. They told me what it was and that the price would be $364.29. I agreed for them to do the job. I have to wait till the part came in. On April 8,2024 the worker showed up and did the part. I did a load to dry and the dryer made the same sounds as it did. I called the company on April 12, 2024 and told them the problem. The same worker came to look at the dryer on April 15, 2024. Then told me there was another thing wrong with the dryer. I got upset and said What??? You told me it was the axle and you fixed it. I then said I will not pay any more money out. My boyfriend came down and said " If you would of fixed it the first time you would of not had to come back. He was at least 15 feet from the worker. The worker just stopped the work and left. I called the company and they said they would not do any more work because the worker felt threatened. I told them that there worker did not fix the problem and also damaged my dryer. She hung up the phone. This business has different phone numbers and is not respectful. They are dishonest and my dryer is not fixed. I feel that I got ripped off. I also did not get a invoice of the work.
