    Ordered a part online only to find out the business is not operating any longer. Phone service puts me on hold with no intentions of answering

    I ordered and paid for a part for my range on January 9th over the phone invoice number ********* , matching the number of the part on my schematic of the range to their part number with the assistance of their agent. When I received the part and compared it with the one on the range I could see it was not the correct one. I called several times, most with no answer but finally got someone on the phone who said they couldn't help me with a return and that I had to go through the person who created the invoice. I had 2, an order invoice and a shipping invoice from ********* ******** and ******* ********* so I e-mailed both of them, ********* on January 16th and ****** on the 18th asking for an authorization to return the part and a shipping label. ******* never replied, ********* didn't reply until the 23rd, when I was told that they wouldn't supply a return label because I chose the part. I have looked over their ******** and **** reviews and it appears that claiming the customer chose the part, even though the agent was on the phone with me to check it was correct, is a standard tactic they use to avoid paying return shipping. I paid to ship the part back, only to get an unpleasant call from ********* today (the 26th) that the part had been "installed", therefore I would not be receiving a refund! All I did was remove the part from the small plastic bag to compare it to the one on my range, nothing more. Why on earth would I go to further expense to send something back? Shipping both ways, which won't be part of any refund, has already cost me $18 out of a total cost of $63.55. "Customer service" with this company is shameful and I'd like a full refund.

    Dear ******************,

    We have reviewed the complaint logged by ***************************** and we have elected to reimburse him for the full amount of the invoice including the cost of the return freight from Florida to Allentown.   One of my co-workers has been in touch with him in order to obtain credit card information, and they appear to be satisfied with the result of our action.

    I hope this resolves this matter.

    Purchase a $300 circuit board that was the incorrect style, contacted customer service for return information. The CB was not connected , and was returned in the original packing and box. the same day that the return part was received the claim was rejected due to the date on the CD and their claim of a burnt smell. It was the board that they sold to be. I asked my email to talk with the person that rejected the claim with no reply. I have email back on my home computer, and can forward this email from my phone or home computer

    We stand by the fact that this circuit board is the correct board per that part number (**********), and the fact that this board came directly from ** as a new board. The board we received back from ************* was used and burnt, but in the interest of any further conflict, we have decided to issue credit to *******************

    He should see a credit to his credit card before the end of the week.
