    Paid $7500 on 5/13/23 to have entire driveway replaced. They did not dig up entire existing driveway, add new stone base and resurface with asphalt as agreement states. Some parts were dug up, others they just put new asphalt over. Once first rain came, garage flooded due to them pitching driveway toward house rather than away. They came back, said they could easily fix it by heating existing asphalt and re-rolling it. Instead they heated area close to garage creating a swill when water laid. They then came back, said they recognize issue and would dig up 50% driveway, and redo with piych going away from garage. I was concerned about a "seam" when old and new met but he assured me there would be no visible seam. They returned, did none of the work promised but instead added more asphalt near garage to pitch away from house. Left with large "patch" halfway across drive and halfway down length of driveway. They now say I just have to wait, give it sometime to wear down over time. Rained again and now I have huge puddle running at seam of old and new, not draining to grassy area as promised.

    Our company went back to customers job and tried fixing the problem twice. Wasn’t good enough. My husband contacted the customer on Wednesday October 4th and agreed upon coming back out to their house on Saturday October 14th to come out and rip the driveway out and do it completely all over to fix the issue they’re  having now.
