    6/9/23 this company received my car for an engine replacement. They were paid $4500 and I was told that it would be done in a week. They decided to try to fix the existing problem instead of replacing it to make more of a profit. Now, almost a year later I finally was able to get my car, which still doesnt have a replacement, to take it to another mechanic shop to get the work done. However this shop is holding parts that came with my engine and are refusing to give me my refund even though they didnt do the job. They are constantly procrastinating the refund date.

    I leased a vehicle January 14, 2022 from Anthony G******* at Car Mart Auto Center. On February 12, 2022 I took my car for an oil change, while there it was observed I had no breaks and rotors left on the car. I reached out to Anthony, who said not to get them there that he will have his mechanic take care of it. They were also supposed to service my transmission, which we were told it was a new transmission upon buying the car, while they had it for the brakes and rotors, as well as service my AWD since my check engine light was on for it. They had my car for over a month and gave me the run around about updates on it. Once I finally received the car, my transmission blew within 4 days of having it back. They used the wrong fluid on it when doing the service. They had my car towed back and had it for over 3 months with no updates. Just a lot of back and forth on blaming the mechanic Kevin D***** and Anthony G*******. They both kept saying it was others fault it was not done. They received my in the beginning of April for the blown transmission. My warranty company gave them a check on April 24, 2022. I finally got my car back July 5, 2022. My car is once again back at their shop for issues with my AWD that they never fixed, issues with my transmission, and my radio which was stolen from the vehicle while in their possession. They are both saying the other is responsible for it, and neither knows why. So we are unsure if that will actually be taken care of or not
