    I purchased a phone case from this company and it did not line up with my phone, though it was the right case. I emailed and emailed and emailed, even going as far as to find them on social media to reach them that way. Not one single response. They don't answer the phone so I'm out of ideas. And my money. This should NOT be acceptable business practice for ANYONE.

    I contacted CoverON about an broken phone clip they haven't responded all I wanted is to check to see if the product is under warranty they said that I returned it to ******* I bought it online it came from CoverON not ********. ******** doesn't have the product in their stores I bought it off The ******** app . When the order arrived it came from CoverON not ******** please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

    Hi ******************,

    We just received your letter in regards to this buyer (*****************************) in regards to a complaint of the damaged product after one month of usage.  When the buyer first contacted us in email, we told him that our warranty is 30 days and it has passed since his first email was on 10/30/22 when this product was delivered on 9/27/22.

    Anyhow, we processed the full refund of $18.39 back to this buyer in Walmart.  Below is the refund information:
