    On 12/13/2023 I received a call from ***************************** stating my fathers grass marker was going to be removed. He said I did not obtain the proper permissions from the plot owner. I only dealt with Greenwood Cemetery directly. I was not informed anything other than my cash payment was needed. I was never made aware of any policies, or permissions needed. I originally wished to put a bigger headstone down because the whole family was not inclusive . Also I expressed there was a non communicable dialogue between the plot owner *************************************** and my whole family. This was expressed in detail to the representative ***************************** . I was told by we could not put an additional head stone but that we could a grass marker down. ***************************** informed me I could only put a grass marker down. So we designed and ordered it with Greenwood directly. The grass marker was installed November 21, 2023 and now ***************************** said she can come and have it removed?

    ******* ***** came to Greenwood Cemetery to purchase a headstone for her father ***** *****.

    ********** ********* is ***** *****'s wife.

    Greenwood Cemetery was unaware of any absence of communication or lack of contact between *****'s wife, ********** and *****'s children. 

    ******* represented the fact that her mother in law would not mind her doing it on their behalf.

    We do not get involved in family disputes and we ask the buyers to reach out to each other to resolve any conflicts and to approve the design/ headstone.

    ******* represented that there would be no problems and wanted to proceed  with purchasing the memorial. Unfortunately there seemed that there was a personal vendetta to  purposely leave her mother in laws name and not include her as she originally represented. 

    After the headstone was installed, *****'s wife expressed and was upset that she was excluded from the design of the decorative tablet and wanted it removed.

    Unfortunately for ******* we have to honor the next of kin and they do not want the headstone there any more.

    It is considered a decorative tablet and will need to be removed.

    ******* came into the office and threatened office staff and misrepresented herself again.

    We offered to have the tablet removed and relocated to a different location either on their property or in the cemetery.
