      This US Mail from the bank in regards to this vehicle loan is becoming annoying. Fix this immediately and STOP with the mistakes or misinterpretation of the requirements or I will seek another bank to do business with... which how competent are you guys? I am scared for my businesses account to be handled by incompetent people.... fix it immediately!!!

      I am a customer of Peoples First. I’ve been sick for almost 2 yrs now & I wasn’t able to work, recently been diagnosed with cancer 4 surgery since November. I’ve been borrowing money to help keep account afloat, but it doesn’t matter what I do, including change of pay date for my bills. This bank always manages to overdraft me, they put my payment through ahead of time causing me to overdraft. I check my bank account every day 3 times a day I take pictures, fFriday It showed that my disability check was pending it did not show *********** also put $120 cash on Friday,if they would not have blocked *********** I would’ve borrowed more money just to avoid another overdraft fee, they block that but showed my disability check was pending. checked my bank account all weekend long and taking pictures. They overdraft my account saying that my *********** bill was pending since Friday and they allowed it to go through before my disability check this bill always goes through on the first 1st I talk with *********** today. They said it’s my bank doing this not them & change the payment day again to 3rd of month now I’ve been doing everything in my power to prevent this from happening, borrowing money, and even forcing myself to go back to work after having part of my lung removed so I wouldn’t get deeper debt I can’t afford these fees, I changed all my payment dates. they did reverse some overdraft fees, b/c they r wrong we don’t have control over life and what it brings to us. pictures show This bill was not pending on 30 April because it’s not supposed to go through until May 1

      I have tried multiple times to send you the loan payment from *** **** to peoples first credit union and it has not gone through. *** **** has said that it has tried sending over checks multiple times and each time it keeps getting declined by Peoples First. The last check was sent 11/10/2022 And it was sent back to *** ****. This has put me into collections because of this. I have been yelled at by two different employees at Peoples First for trying to get help and they have hung up on me multiple times.

      Please stop allowing PlanetFitness to try and take my money! I only kept this account open because I had identity theft happen in September and it is still not resolved!!! Stop charging me for money I do not have because you allowed someone to access my account illegally in Lancaster in September!! Why is no one communicating with me?! I want the money back in my account so I can close this account with PeopleFirst for good! I am so disappointed in your business!

      09/30/2022 I received a text indicating that there was an unusual activity involving my account. Apparently someone was stealing my money from an ATM in Lancaster totalling up to $742.00 including all the "Courtesy Pay" withdrawal. Being irate, concerning this identity theft, I drove over to People First Bank in Allentown to have this rectified. After filing the complaint to have my money returned to my account (my withdrawal from a theft and the Courtesy Pay expenses) and to have my card canceled and having a new card reinstated, it is now over a month and not a single penny has been placed back into my account and my new debit card has not been sent to me at my new address and this is the 2nd new card sent to me because I never received the first one! Hello?! What is the hold up?!

      Recently ran into some issues with my business account and it was over drafted peoples first fcu took money out of my personal money marketing account which has no connection with the business account without my permission to pay the overdraft theres more then one person authorized to use this business account and I was not the one who overdraft the account

      People First FCU did not have my permission to place an Inquiry on my credit report. Inquiry Date 8-3-2022. I would like them to remove the Inquiry from all my credit reports. Future actions, If the Inquiry is not removed, I will file more complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, then file a civil complaint with my local Magisterial district court. /Thank you
