      On June 7th 2024 I withdrew BTC from my account into my personal wallet for an equivalent of $55 USD. I was not provided a hash transaction ID despite sending an inquiry about one. Eventually the funds appeared in my wallet but there was an undisclosed $20 fee taken from jt leaving $34. Fine. I still have $200 remaining there so I make a transaction today that's currently pending to pay for a purchase. And once again I don't have a transaction hash to prove I paid! Your communication is the worst and as a customer I deserve better. Provide me my hash transactions and disclose the amounts you charge per withdrawals!

      I exchanged credit card points for 2 Bitcard gift cards: one for $50 and one for $100. The Bitcard advertisement on Crewardscard.com did not mention any restrictions. When I went to redeem the cards for bitcoin on ************************************, it showed a message saying that redemptions are disabled in New York State. I contacted their customer support and they asked me to email ********************************** ******************************* replied to my message saying that he would send the $150 worth of bitcoin to my bitcoin wallet. But after providing the bitcoin wallet address on Nov 16th, he stopped responding to my messages. I have tried following up repeatedly but it seems that he is ignoring me.

      On June 20th 2023 I cashed out my wi innings from ****** casino. I used there alternative payout giftcard option . Threw their giftcard provider ********. I chose Bitcard.com in the amount of 600$ . It was awarded to me and I proceeded to bitcard.com to redeem and withdraw. On that date I was able to redeem the bitcard . However when I went to withdrawal my money I couldn't. Support said there was issues with the trust Company and no withdrawal where able to go threw . They knowingly redeemed the money from the card and then kept my 600$ in bitcoin . Then the site went offline. There was no way to even log in . Customer service and threw emails I was informed their assets where frozen and was in the process of obtaining a new Trust Company wallet and would be migrating all information and my funds to the new provider . Well now here it is July 23rd and my balance is 0.. They are back online . I was able to finally log in on the 19th of July. I was also told that I had to re kyc verify for the new Trust Co. And my balance would be restored . I did that on July 19th 2023 . That day I was then told it would take 24 to 48 hours to update my balance. Well it's now 4 days later and my balance has not been restored . I do not have my money and nobody is trying to tell me why the funds aren't there to start with . If the new Trust and bitcard reached agreement then my account as a whole should have migrated to . Not minus the funds . There's no reason why I should not have been paid other than irresponsible business practices. This has been an absolute exhausting and nerve wrecking experience. I've been a victim of theft lies and deception from this company. Also ****** stands behind the fact they did their part and paid. But no , if they would not have supported the bitcard.com company and offered that option I woukd have chosen something different and had my funds. They are just as at fault for not knowing the financial stability of the companies they affiliate with

      BITCARD, a bitcoin (BTC) gift card was purchased at ******** on 04/21/2023. Initially, the website to redeem the BTC, bitcards.com, issued a 503 server error rendering the BITCARD useless. When the website was restored, I was required to provide KYC requirements (social security number, driver's license, home address, phone number, selfie) to register on bitcards.com to redeem the gift card. Only to have to wait for verification of my identity to clear before I could redeem the BTC. Documents were provided 04/23/2023. The verification process per the website was to take up to 72 hours. Followed up after a few days an was told the verification process switched to manual review. Almost two weeks later tech support failed to provide feedback on verification status. Out of frustration I requested my account be deleted and attempted to get a refund from ********, the vendor I purchased the BITCARD gift card from but they sited the issue was with the merchant not ********. 05/02/2023 received an email notification from [email protected] that my BITCARD account was deleted along with instructions on how to restore it if I changed my mind. My account was later restored with KYC verification complete but on 05/22/2023 I was still unable to redeem the BTC for the BITCARD gift card stating, “You’re ineligible to redeem cards at this time. Please contact our support team for more information.” View supporting photos/documents. I want the company to stop giving me the run around, honor the BITCARD giftcard I purchased and deliver the redeemable BTC.
