    2/28/2023 I went to Aspen Dental to have my 17 teeth extracted. They said before the procedure I only had to pay $4,000 which I did. Then they said they surgically extracted all my teeth, which was not necessary, and my insurance pays half of simple extractions, not surgical. A month later they billed me $7,600 which was totally unexpected. I live alone, am on disability, have a home and pay all my bills and could not afford this. If I knew what they were going to do I would have explored other options. I believe this is Fraud, and don't know what to do.Also the estimate in the pictures I uploaded was false, they circled my payment, and the insurance payments listed are untrue. There are my receipts of payment I made. I asked several times is this ($4,000) the only price I pay, which they assured me was.

    I am rejecting this response because: They did not offer an adjustment to the remaining balance. They said they will address this to me personally, I am not sure I trust them considering the circumstances.

    One thing I forgot to mention is I have spoken with the  Dr. ************************ and he just discounts anything I have discussed with him. Also I spoke to ***, one of the receptionists on the balance due, and she also denies any wrongdoing on their part. So they said in their letter that they will personally deal with me is just not true. That letter just sounds like to me a generic response to anyone who has a problem with their shady business practices.
