    ******* ******** owner of virago lux lash, committed fraud by scamming me out of what was suppose to be a 2 day lash course. She held only one class session. Ms. ******** also known as Virago ******** was to instruct a 2 day lash course in which she required all prospective students to cashapp $75 deposit and the remainder balance of $475 due in cash only on the 1st day of class. The total amounting to $550, only accepted in cash payments. My classmates and I had to endure what I would describe as a psychotic episode from Ms. ********* during the entirety of her our class session. Where she reflects on her family disowning her and the unimaginable things she has done to get to where she is today. Spending majority of the class recalling her survival of *****, NY street life and sharing inability to accept herself, finding it difficult for her to look at herself in a mirror. She did not begin class in a timely manner as she had been awaiting for a package from ****** in order to start the class. Once the package had finally arrived she led the class to a dimly lit back room. All of us needing to pull out our phones for the duration of class to have access to our flashlights so that wed all be able to see in the darkness. She instructs the class to not take notes as she will talk quickly and will provide us with class notes in a book shed provide at the end of class that included visuals of her ****** which none of us ever received. Giving us a brief description of lash styles. Telling us, although we were amateurs she suddenly felt inclined to teach us what she considers master level which is creating lash clusters by hand. She informs us that majority lash technicians are not even implementing old school lash clusters and tend to purchase in bulk. Refusing to speak in full proper English so the entire class could follow along. Class concluded and upon me following up about more info for day 2 she then demanded for an additional $260 to continue 2nd class day.
