      After taking weeks to respond to me, we finally got an order in. I was told it was shipped. A week later, I asked why there was no tracking number and if I could please have the tracking information. The main contact that I was speaking to stopped responding so I had to call the office. The other person that I spoke to (******) then tells me that they're sold out of what I ordered and asked to replace it. If I hadn't called in, I would have never received anything and no one would have followed up. So we finally get the replacement order in, I give them an address to send it to. It was going to a large company where you have to include a contacts name on the package in order for them to receive it. They didn't include the name or company name on the package, so it got mistakenly thrown out by this other company (absurd I know, but again, not my fault).When I ask them to reship it, I got in a yelling match with **** on the phone about how "it's not his job to replace it."Do not do business with this company.

      This is a strange company. I have placed several orders with no problem. however, the latest order had multiple problems. First, the company called me stating one of the items I ordered was out of stock so I requested refund. Several weeks past and I received no refund not the rest of the order. I called and was assured that the order would be sent out right away. Several weeks again passed and I never received my order. I figured that the company was not a reliable one so I ask credit card to cancel the payment. At last, money talks! I just received a shipment notice and I will see if I will receive anything at all. All in all. It's an unreliable seller. Be aware if you order anything from it at all.
