I hired **** Bresnak to do work in my bathroom to make it "paint ready" this includes (taping & spackling) **** spent about 1-2 hours at my house for 3 days. The work began on Tuesday 7/25/2023, back on Thursday 7/27/2023, and Friday 7/28/2023. I paid $250 via paper check on 7/25/2023, then another $250.00 via ***** upon completion of the work on 7/28/2023. The "work" was not done properly, the tape pulling away from the ceiling. The spackle was not sanded leaving a very rough surface, (defiantly not paint ready), some of the areas wernt even touched. His "work" was completed on 7/28/2023. I was working alot, then was on vacation for a week. When I finally got around to painting the bathroom on Wednesday 8/9/2023, I noticed every area that he "worked on" I reached out to **** via text on 8/9/2023 stating how unhappy i was and even sent pictures of his "work" he replied with "oh wow, ive never seen that happen before, sorry but im away for the week". After that week, I tried reaching out to him via telephone to resolve this, but with no reply.I am a single income house hold with 1 bathroom, $500 is alot of money and took me alot of time too save, for what?
