    I recently had a backup in my basement and was able to find a great company to come out and help us through it. I was impressed on how quickly we received a call and the ability to come out the next day and get us taken care of. While on property Fred explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and respectful. I found his pricing to be fair and very reasonable. Definitely will be calling Fred again for any future issues or repairs.

    I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.
