    My problems with Bob started in late Summer of 2022 (August) when he would start demanding pre-payment for work or immediate payment. To the point he was making me and my oldest child uncomfortable with asking so much. We paid regularly, then Bob started acting erratic. Bob calmed down and in October of 2022, I gave Bob another chance and made a deposit of $700 of the total $1300 was provided to Bob's Landscaping (Bob ****). The work that was to be done was: adding rocks and mulch; weeding and pruning; and replacing plastic borders with wood borders to a rocky area in the back yard. According to Bob, due to the cold weather and cold ground, he could not get to the work until Spring 2023. We agreed. When March 2023 arrived, Bob was not coming on the weekends he promised. March turned to April and April to May. I asked Bob in early May if the project would be done before Mother’s Day. I was promised. “Guaranteed *****, you’re my guy!” Never happened. He allegedly had a sinus infection. Then Memorial Day. Bob confessed that he was in over his head and is cancelling new clients to keep the old clients – which I was one of. He never finished on Memorial Day. Multiple calls to his mobile at ###-###-#### were ignored. I called his home number at ###-###-#### were sometimes answered by his Mom. His Mom! Bob swore that my back yard would, “Look like a cherry!” come Monday, 06/26/2023. Neve happened. I received an email from the social media app ******** with the following headline from a resident in my area, “Bob's Landscaping. Made a deal. Traded tools for lawn to be cut until the end of June.” There are over 5 people complaining about Bob and how he has and is ripping people off! I called and texted Bob multiple times on his mobile, and called his home number the week of 06/26. Not a single call or text was returned. This is terrible!

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Bob's Landscaping regarding complaint ID ********.

    It is a shame that he gets to walk away with $700 of my money and thousands from others.  We just sit by and watch this happen?  Terrible.
