      We haul several loads for this company, and they are refusing to pay us. They offer 24 hours pay out after the load is delivered and are still giving us the runaround. I have provided all Rate confirmation as they've requested many times, and they promise to pay and months later we are still trying to get our money. They do not answer the phones and when you try to get the dispatch team to help, they say they will but months later they owe us thousands of dollars. They are taking out 3% for 24-hour payment and yet months later and they are still taking out the 3% without holding up their end of the deal.

      Terrible company to contract for. If your lucky you might get paid, but only if you email them everyday for a month. Don't even consider this place trust me.

      I really wished that I had read the reviews on this company. I am having the same issues. I ran my 1st load May 9, 2023 and still waiting on a payment. On the invoice it states that you will be paid 14 business days, but that is a lie. If you send your invoice back and it is not in pdf format, they will not tell you that it was sent in wrong. And the account department is terrible. If they even decide to answer your emails you will not get any truth from them. If you get upset about your money, they will get smart with you and will not respond back to anymore emails. I am now owed 3,880 and have not received any payments. I really do not know how this company is able to continue to get away with not paying for work that you have done. Other carriers pays you out the next week or offers quick pay.
