    ProSupplyDirect operates an ****** store at the **** ********************************************************************************************* On October 9, 2022, I purchased a ********* Home (by *******) *****-ZONE Damper Actuator from ProSupplyDirect (Order #***-*******-*******) for $111.53. This unit has now failed after approximately 5 months of service. The manufacturers warranty for this item is 24 months as can be seen here: *********************************************************************************************************************************************** *********/******* requires that all warranty claims be processed through their vendor. This can be confirmed by calling ************** and selecting the #1 prompt from the menu.The vendor, in this case, is ProSupplyDirect. To date, they have not responded to multiple voicemails from me to their number at ************, or multiple web form submissions at their homepage at ************************************* can be reached via phone or text at ************, or via US Mail at *******************, Lenexa, KS *******.

    Bought two products online from company. He shipped them face to face and stretch wrapped - they were thin metal diffusers. They came completely destroyed. Called immediately as well as emailed as these were needed for a customer the following week. They finally called back a day later and were rude and threatening and said that they were shipped in a box. However we provided pictures showing them with their mailing label stuck to the stretch wrap. They proceeded to become increasingly aggressive and annoyed and tried to state they would be taking it up with their shipping department and the shipper. To which we were surprised as it didn't solve our problem and inquiry as to getting new diffusers and in a timely manner. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they then ended up stating that "we were going to ship you some overnight, but it's your problem now". Repeated phone calls and emails went unanswered. Trying to see if we could talk a supervisor or someone else. It appears this is an individual operating without a real TIN since the INC name is not found anywhere. We are awaiting a refund and/or replacement product but have NO idea what is going on as they are unprofessional and unresponsive.
