I bought a 2025 ********** S from this company in January brand new car with no mileage started realizing few weeks later that my car radio and dashboard started flickering and having trouble with the *** brought it back for repair They told me that a circuit broke and it will be fine after. Couple weeks later it started happening again! And my check engine light came on! Went back to place to fix this mess and been told the oxygen sensor broke and will be fixed. The radio they just did a reset to it. Got told to pick it up and no more issues. 2-3 days later realized that same issues still happening! Had to bring it back again and now they been ignoring me past 2 days! Not okay and now looking for legal advice

Let me start off by saying I am extremely overwhelmed and upset. This is my first car from a dealership and the fact that I am going through this with my Kia Sorento is insane. My car has been well kept well maintained through myself and my family mechanic. Let’s start from that point . Out of no where last week my car engine on a Saturday morning started knocking and I mean loud . Worried To my stomach I send a video to my mechanic who tells me . Hun your engine is going bad and Kia has a class action lawsuit in Kia sorentos for engines seizing up contact them see what you can do. I go to Allentown Kia they basically tell me the same thing say nothing is covered since you didn’t maintain your vehicle here and asked me to pick up my car . They are charging me 11k to fix my car. Here me out I use my vehicle to take my disabled child to her therapies and appointments. Absolutely not one friendly tone not let’s see what’s going on but the moment I walked into purchase everyone was so sweet. I’m reading everywhere this has been happening to the models of the vehicle I’m driving 2018 Kia Sorento ! Not one sign that my car had issues and now one morning my engine goes bad ! Absolutely not. I feel like I’m in a nightmare I asked if I can trade it in at least to get me and my daughter around they said I owe to much ! I don’t know what’s going on I just know that the service department is basically saying your lost and a few people are telling me Kia Allentown is the worst in town go to Lehighton and I would if my engine would work and take me up to Lehighton ! If my car had a class action lawsuit against the engine just two years ago the same year you guys sold it to me then that’s telling me you guys new about this ! All warranty’s are in house made so someone tell me what’s going on and why you can’t help me for a vehicle you sold me that would potentially go bad and leave me in a hole

Stay far way from this dealership as possible. I couldn’t think of a worse dealership to deal with if you’re trying to get a vehicle. My sales person intentionally gave misinformation on the purchase price of a new vehicle in order to push both me and my father into a used vehicle (2020) that they were listing for the same exact price that it was MSRPing for back in 2020! If they would’ve shown us the window sticker if the value of the car then, there’s no way we would’ve bought the vehicle. Then a (supposed) friend of mine who was working as the finance manager assured me that the listing price was a fair price and I made the mistake of trusting both him and the sales person to do right by both me and my father because of the association. Wrong! The car was grossly over valued and listed way above what the car was worth. Now I am put in the worst loan ever and can’t even get the value of the car in a trade because I decided to trust people I knew. The lies and deceptive practice that was put forth during this deal will not go unnoticed. I advise every single one of you to avoid this Kia Dealership and go somewhere where they won’t blatantly lie just to make money. Even if you have people you know here, don’t trust them. Not even a little bit.
