    We are currently being charged for last month's rent. We tried to contact ethel by the preferred source to dispute our last month rental fee because we paid our previous landlord first and last month as well as the security deposit at the time of signing our lease. We do not owe **** rent because of the earlier transaction with the previous landlord. There is no direct phone line to contact this business. We got a strongly worded letter on contact procedures in regard to different scenarios. However, they do not contact you back. It has been 48 hours and have now emailed them twice. I also submitted a request for someone to contact us in the maintenance portal. We have had no interaction from Ethel. If you want a certain way to be contacted then there should be an effort to contact back us in a timely manner especially when there is no direct line to contact the office.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it took me to take legal action for them to resolve this issue. I received another late notice for last month's bill. I had to reach out via our renter's portal through the maintenance notification to finally get a response. There is no direct line to their office and when you do email the appropriate emails no one gets back to you.
