    The process of my windows being replaced is as follows: Oct 2022 windows measured Dec 2022 two weeks before Christmas windows were taken out and wood was put up to replace them with the promise they would be replaced in two weeks because its the middle of winter Jan 2023 called about windows and told to give it another two weeks End of Jan early feb windows finally replaced. During this process my daughters room was trashed and I reported it to management and nth was done. Told management the workers said they had to come back to finish my daughter only window in her room April 2023 called and told the manager for maintenance would give me a call about the windows April 2023 next day no call and told by an employee theres nothing she can do and refused to give me management numbers to complain. Employee also said she would reach out and call back but never called back. This company in my opinion drags their feet and dont care because Im located in a bad neighborhood. They were paid for a job that I have to continuously remind them to do.

    We have received the complaint from your organization regarding an issue ******** ****** is having with a property she currently rents. Even though we are sympathetic to her window issue, there is one major issue Keystone Property Management and Maintenance Allentown Div. LLC  has with this complaint: Our company has not managed this property since 10/09/20. We reached out to ******** to find out why she is citing us as the management company even though we have not managed this property in 2.5 years. Her response was that the current management company, *** Property Management & Maintenance, LLC, is wearing shirts and driving trucks with our companies logoing (****). ******** said that she would correct this matter by withdrawing this complaint against us and directing it towards the parties responsible for this dereliction of service, *** Property Management & Maintenance, LLC. If we can help with this matter in any other way please feel free to contact us.
