    I rent a storage unit in the office. Sept 26 2022 was charge 118.28 Never when back there. Never visit open the storage. I never took of the green secure lock they put at the storage unit nor cross the gate to enter the premises. An emergency occur couldn't keep the unit # **** When back day Sept 6 to cancel the rental. And they denied me a refund. Spoke to Giselle who open my account to Kristen who close my account then the manager Jamie was almost impossible to reach. Left me a message on my phone with no name, . Even though I told them in the storage office to give me in writing a note that they were denying my money back.. I want my money back I was never there I never used that unit . I was never in the premises. On top of that my last name was constantly wrong spell . I appear as ***** as *******. When I wrote my last name correctly in the sinning paperwork.

    To clarify *** *******'s dates or her complaint; ** ******* signed the rental agreement for space #1102 on 8/26/22. *** ******* then came back to the Lehigh Street office on 9/6/22 and said she never used the space and wanted a refund. 
    We operate self storage businesses and our rental agreements are on a month to month basis. *** ******* waited 12 days into a monthly billing cycle to request a refund. She in fact did use space #**** for 12 days as we are unable to provide this space to anyone else from 8/26/22-9/7/22. This is a month to month rental agreement and we did provide the service for space #**** to *** *******.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I found this to be complitly unprofetional and unetical that a company knowingly that a new customer has not used in any way services from them will take the whole month rent. 
    I will understand maybe a small fee for those days on hold , but not the whole sum, that is stilling, this compny is not behaving in a honest way in my understanding.
    I just can ask if it was them in the same conditions i cancel whould they want there money back???? Knowing they hnever used the storage, set foot in there premises.
    I reject there anwer complitly, more needs to be done. Be honest storehouse storage.
