      I ordered tires from this company and recieved the wrong size tires.Spending over $800, I contacted the company customer service **** and emailed an "******" back and forth. Extremely unprofessional. Never willing nor asked to help adjust or fix situation. I had to return tires at my expense which was over $100. This company recieved the tires back a week ago and I have yet to be refunded my purchase price. Fair warning to all: DO NOT purchase anything from Tire Mart. No matter if it were my mistake or the company, the derogatory nature and comments of this individual speak VOLUMES to the caliber of company this is. There isn't a day in life I would EVER recommend any kind of purchase from this company unless you are willing to accept dry insults (I was accused of being hostile because I questioned the implication of a derogatory comment made by "******") cheated out of money (I was made to pay to return tires if I wanted a refund) and lied to (I was told my money would be returned after they recieved the tires back; they receieved them back 7 days ago tomorrow) Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing anything online.

      Don't believe the shipment date. It does not matter what day it says it will be delivered when you order it - the date is subject to arbitrary changes. If you need it on a specific day - this is not the company to use. And when you want to return the items - good luck. If you can manage to get through to someone at customer service - expect a snarky response and limited help. If you speak with FEDEX the company has it set up so only they can return items. BEWARE!!!!!

      Ordered tires on June 22 scheduled to arrive June 23 and was confirmed by email. Never arrived. Never could get in touch with any one. Finally talked to someone today June 27. I was told that the ticket wasn't generated until June 24. I questioned about no one answering. The guy claimed no answer because they are so busy. I even called at 9 am when they open. Can't tell me they were that busy when they first opened up. Also I could tell that the guy could care less.

      Dishonest, fraudulent company, they scam with product they do not have get your money and nothing. Comes. Send tracking numbers for others orders

      I place an order on 5/4/23 under order #122556, contacted them via email did not receive information back from them until days later asking for pictures regarding one faulty tire and yet to receive the replacement tire. I sent picture and videos and now they are not taking responsibility for this order. They have been delaying the process and yet no response. Person I have been in contact with KELLY S (customer Service Representative) not helpful at all. Keep in mind when ordering from this company you are at risk of not receiving good quality.

      My order was finally completed but it took a stop payment intervention by my credit card to get any response. When calling the customer service line I would wait over an hour each time and be further back in the queue than when I started. The web site live chat was a fraud as 1 call would be ahead of me for several minutes then 0, then after 20 minutes the chat timed out. Only deal with this company if you have 3rd party leverage like I did.
