  0 Starts !! My car was towed from my daughter's apartment building I parked accrossed the street in an empty lot. Unfortunately I did not notice the tiny sign conveniently posted in a unlit area you cannot see. I called the number on the sign and I was told since it was a Friday night I had to pick up my car on Saturday morning given an appointment at 10:30am. and to bring CASH $475. Saturday morning I arrived at 10:15am. 10:30am came around nobody around. Called the number and was told "my boy is on his way"....10:45am no one around ,11am still no body around. I called over 20x nobody answered. My husband called from his phone and they answered telling him the same thing, "someone is on the way". At 11:30 am a car speeded in the lot with a cigarette in his mouth and in street clothes no JPM towing ID. He was annoyed I complained about his late arrival, and started taking pictures of my license and documents. I'm old school why are you taking pictures? He responded " IF you want your car back this is the way to get it , if not then wait till Monday to get it." At this point my anxiety was kicking in ...I was about to miss my Bus at 12pm to a trip I had to *************. I handed him $480 in cash. He did NOT have ANY cash on hand to give me change. My husband had left to get ready for the trip. I had a full-blown anxiety attack in front of this man.I had to walk to the store to get change.Unprofessional.Inconsiderate.Shady Business.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I hear them in my apartment across the street towing cars. I wake up to check that my car is fine and I see them running to hurry and tow the car at 3am or 4am. Its ridiculous! Awful awful awful scam. Should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. This isnt even their original location. This is actually their 3rd location. Sounds suspicious because it is! No one answers the phone when you call and you dont know their hours of operation. When you do go to the lot to try to pick up the car youre just waiting there. Not even getting a call back but just this stupid automated voicemail that no one ever answers from 6:00am to 5:00pm. The crappy part is my car had a visible permit in the window and they still towed my car. Called the cops said they couldnt do anything. Its all an awful, horrible, disorganized scam that I hope someone doesnt have to be involved in. And if you get the short stick make sure you sue, theyve done this so many times to people and people have called the police and there is still no justice. ***

  These people are scammers. They roam around town to tow people's vehicles how you tow someone vehicle in less then 10 minutes???? they are super rude when you call. Can't get a good answer from them then they delay you from picking up your vehicle so they can make more money off you. Places like this should not be in business at all. The price of $465 is ridiculous. Other towing places are super low.All these other 5 stars reviews on their business are probably friends and family.

  Danny is a savior. I had a problem where I locked my keys in my trunk and my car's anti-theft system would not allow me to access my trunk, and my seats also don't just fold down. AAA couldn't help me; my car's manufacturer didn't even know what to do, but they matched me with Danny at JPM and he walked me through a trick over the phone about an alternate method to disengage the latch that keeps the back seats locked from the inside, allowing me to unlock the seats and crawl into the trunk to retrieve my keys. I spent 2 hours on the phone with other services trying to get help and was still stranded with my vehicle undrivable, and then Danny helped me in 10 minutes. Awesome guy. Appreciate the assistance tremendously.

  This place tows cars of KNOWN RESIDENTS from private resident lot which lacks any adequate/required signage. JPM NEVER picks up the phone at the number that they've listed for people to call when their car gets towed. JPM's lot address is nearly impossible to find online. When you call the police to find out whether your car is safe, they refuse to tell you the location that JPM has towed your car to. The actual lot where JPM keeps cars is completely unsecured, un-surveilled, and therefore leaves the victims' towed cars completely vulnerable to theft or break-ins. The owner(s)/employees of JPM are VERY close friends with building owners/supers who report their residents cars to get towed, even when parking pass is visible, and building personnel who report the car are COMPLETELY aware that the car belongs to residents living that particular building. JPM reports reason for towing car is it's "Not Drivable" when it IS drivable. Double-check your "receipt" they send you after charging an exorbitant price.
